The job starts with the symptom and a test, not a parts sale. We measure the battery and charging system, show you the readings, and confirm the fault before quoting. If the battery is healthy, we do not replace it.
The price and arrival window are confirmed in writing before dispatch. If a job needs a workshop — an engine rebuild, gearbox overhaul or bodywork — we say so instead of attempting it in a car park.
